هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الرضا الوظيفي والأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 127 معلمة من معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في البادية الشمالية الشرقية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام مقياسين: مقياس الرضا الوظيفي، ومقياس الأفكار اللاعقلانية، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. وقد أظهرت النتائج: 1) إن مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى كان (متوسطا). 2) إنّ مستوى الأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في البادية الشمالية كان (متوسطا). أما فيما يتعلق بالعلاقة الارتباطية، فقد أظهرت النتائج وجود ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الدرجة الكلية على مقياس الرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى وبين الدرجة الكلية على مقياس مستوى الأفكار العقلانية لديهن، وهي علاقة سلبية. وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات. This study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between job satisfaction and irrational thoughts among teachers of three basic stages in Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The study sample consisted of 127 teacher of teachers of three basic stages in North East Badia in Hashemit Kingdom of Jordan. To achieve the objective of the study the researcher used two measures: job satisfaction scale, and scale of irrational thoughts. The study adopted the descriptive and correlative approach. The SPSS program was used to analyze the study sample responses. The results indicated that job satisfaction level of teachers of three basic stages at the area of North East Badia for teachers was (Moderate). Moreover, the results of the study showed that the level of irrational thoughts with teachers of three basic stages at the area of Norh East Badia for teachers was (Moderate). The result also revealed that there is a statistically significant negative correlation between the total levl of job satisfaction among teachers and their total level of irrational thoughts. In light of these findings the study concluded a set of recommendations. (Published abstract)
