هدفت الدراسة التعرف على أثر أسلوب إستراتيجية العصف الذهني في تحصيل طالبات الصف الثالث الأساسي في مادة العلوم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم اختبارا تحصيلي تكوّن من 50 فقرة، تم تطبيقه على عينة تكونت من 65 طالبة اختيروا بالطريقة المقصودة في العام الدراسي 2014/ 2015، وقسّموا إلى مجموعتين: الأولى ضابطة عدد أفرادها 32 طالبة درست بالطريقة الاعتيادية، والثانية تجريبية عدد أفرادها 33 طالبة درست باستخدام استراتيجية العصف الذهني، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن هناك أثرا ذا دلالة إحصائية لاستخدام أسلوب العصف الذهني في تحصيل الطالبات؛ وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة بناء معارف الطلبة باستخدام إستراتيجية العصف الذهني في تدريس العلوم من خلال الأنشطة المختلفة وتوظيفها. This study aims at identifying the influence of using brainstorming strategy on the achievement of third Grade in the subject of sciences. In order to achieve the goals of the study, achievement tests, which are consisted of 50 paragraphs, have been used and applied on a sample of students who are selected by purposive sample. They are divided into two groups: the first is a control group consists of 32 students taught traditionally during the academic year 2014- 2015. Whereas, the second group is experimental that consists of 33 students and is taught using the brainstorming strategy. Results showed that there is a statistically significant effect of using brainstorming strategy on student achievement. The study recommends developing students’ cognition by using brainstorming strategy in teaching sciences the through applying several activities. (Published abstract)
