Developing the technical capacity and its role in developing the level of skill and taste among the students of the University of Babylon :Students of the Faculty of Fine Arts - Department of Art Education, model [article]
The technical ability is one of the types of mental activities and includes a group ofcomponents represented in (visual perception ability, ability of perception of color, ability of hand and finger skills, ability of artistic taste). Due to the diversity of studies and research that dealt with these components, the researcher designed a program to develop these capabilities and build A technical test to measure the effectiveness of these components, in order to detect the extent of the development of technical capacity. The current research aims to:1) Know the technical capabilities.2) the extent of the development of technical capacity, through the design of an educational program for its components. 3) Measuring the effectiveness of the educational program by applying it to a sample of experimental university students who engage in their artistic activities. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher (4) hypothesized zero hypotheses in the research procedures and show the results reached. The research community was determined by the students of the University of Babylon, Faculty of Fine Arts - Department of Art Education who perform their artistic activities. The total number of students was 396. The researcher chose a sample of them with 40 students. They constitute 10% Choose them in the intended way. An educational program was designed to include (5) educational units designed according to the components of the technical capacity mentioned above, as well as the design of technical tests, in addition to designing a form to evaluate the skill performance of students. For the purpose of showing the results of the research, the researcher adopted a set of statistical methods, which consisted of the test of two independent samples and Kiodor Richardson (20) for consistency and Cooper's equation for the agreement between the two corrections, in addition to the difficulty equation and the coefficient of discrimination in the statistical analysis of the cognitive test.
