The present study aims to know the degree of development of transferring deduction for children through a sample consisting of (60) he/she children selected randomly at the age of (6-8-10) year in the governmental primary schools for male and female, affiliated to the directorate of education – Babylon governorate for the academic year(2014-2015). To measure the concept of transferring deduction for children, the researcher arranges a tool to test it consisting of (10) items depending on (Piaget, 1952), the theoretical frames and other studies related to the present study. In order to confirm the validity of the test, the researcher gave the test to (12) experts in psychological and educational sciences to verify it. They agree on the validity of it. On the other hand, the consistency was taken by means of retesting a scouting sample (30) he/she children, the mean reliability coefficient is (0.90) to be ready to the final application. When applying the tool on the sample, the researcher analysed the results by using the statistical means (measuring mean, and Barson coefficient and T-Test) for two independent samples, analysed the mono difference and (Tuky) Method. It was concluded that there was development in the children understanding for thetransferring deduction; the T-test values measured (415, 12-233, 5-9.80) for the age groups (6, 8, 10) year successively are greater than the table value (3.551) in the level (0.001) and free degree (39). That is, there were differences between the arithmetic means and the theoretical mean. In addition, there were no differences of measuring evidence appeared between the two means of marks of the male and female concerning transferring deduction, i.e., the T-test value measure for each age group was less than the table value (2.21). Finally, the researcher has presented some recommendations as well some suggestions in the study. (Published Abstract)
