The present study aimed to detecting the Evaluation difficulties to teachers of middle school education, using the descriptive approach and application questionnaire of Evaluation difficulties with teachers of middle school, Prepared by Yousef Khnich, (2006). On a sample of the middle school teachers of M'sila, Consisted of (40) teachers Males and females, during the school year (2014/2015). The results showed the following: There are difficulties in the Evaluation of middle school teachers with high percentage, Consisted In difficulties linked to the nature of the training and difficulties related to the objectives and the intensity of the program, and the difficulties in the construction and use of evaluation styles, difficulties associated with the legislative side, and difficulties related to correct and analyze and interpret the results of the evaluation; There are no statistically significant differences in the level of evaluation difficulties between middle school teachers, Depending on variable configuration pattern,(graduates training Institutes, And university graduates); There are no statistically significant differences in the level of evaluation difficulties between of middle school teachers, Depending on variable sex (male and female). The results have been interpreted Depending on the psychological and educational heritage and previous studies on the subject, the study as Also culminated in the final set of proposals.
