This study aimed to identify the most important educational, social and economic factors leading to the drop-out to the pupils the first cycle of basic education in Côte d'Ivoire from the standpoint of school principals and teachers, study sample consisted of 173 individuals, (142) teachers and(31) Directors during the second semester of the academic year: 2016-2017, study used the descriptive survey by questionnaire which included(40) items distributed on three axes, study found that the most important factors leading to the leak schoolgirls, most important weakness in the guidance and direction of education, frequent repetition of a pupil at the school, weakness of continuous communication between the school and the family, early marriage of girls, weakness of the economic and financial return of the family, study recommended the development of a specialized administrative body of the guidance and direction of education for pupils at the school.
