Among the wrong practices are : delivering children to a low-level teachers, restricting the learner and not involving him in the educational act, treating the students as adults and holding them responsible for their actions, and not considering the individual differences between the learners, as well as playing the role of the indoctrinator instead of the role of the counselor and the pedagogic attendant, along with a set of other practices. The educational views presented are derived from the educational ideas and principles of: Contilian, John Jacques Rousseau, Abu Hamid alGhazali, Ibn Sina, Ibn Khaldun, Norman McMahon, J. Dewey Marcel Crahay. In the end, the researcher concludes with the presentation of educational perceptions about these professional practices, which have been proved to be recurring issues in different times, despite what have been presented by educators in the past of rules and educational principles which still retain their full value to this day.
