The study aimed to identify the modern technologies that can be used in education and its importance, and identify the effect of the use of these techniques on improving the performance of teachers and students in the educational process. In order to achieve the objectives of the study; the researcher used the descriptive analytical comparative approach, to compare the employment of modern technologies in the Arab home countries and their impact on learning in those countries. The study found that there are many modern techniques and modern teaching methods that can be used in education such as computers and e-books. Modern techniques play a major role in improving teacher performance in the learning process, located on the teacher the responsibility of education, the teacher is the guided for the student and it he which uses these techniques. Also the study has found that the modern techniques compact working into the process of education to develop and improve the performance of students, it helps to solve the problems and difficulties faced by the programs, patterns, and experiences used in education. Many of the Arab Home Countries have worked on the use of modern technologies in their educational institutions. This helped the development of science and keep abreast of developments and improve the level of knowledge of students in those countries and thus improve the level of society. (Published Abstract)
