This study aimed to know the Degree of Practicing Ethical Leadership by Elementary School Principals Perceived by Teachers at the Jeddah Province. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the survey descriptive method and the tool consisted of (33) paragraphs applied to a random class sample of 372 primary school’s teachers in Jeddah Province, using the statistical processors program(SPSS). The results of the study showed that the practice level of primary school leaders in Jeddah for moral leadership was high on all sides of the study, where it got an average of (4.15). The ethical personal Qualities came first, where it got an average of (4.19), then human relations with teachers, where it got an average of (4.18), and then ethical management practices, where it got an average of (4.05). The study did not show any statistically significant differences due to the variables of qualification and specialization, but they appeared statistically significant differences due to the variables in the variable of work years of the human relations with teachers whose experiences have been over twenty years. The researcher recommended that educational leaders should be informed of the results of this study to encourage them to do more effort to maintain this honorable ratio. He also recommended the importance of developing a moral charter for school leaders, and to be delivered to each leader as a document in his name to make him more connected with it and to work according to it. He also recommended the importance of putting an ethical notepaper in school to strength Positive organizational behavior and raise the level of ethical practices inside it. After the study, the researcher suggested many other studies of ethical leadership in schools. (Published Abstract)
