The study aimed to identify the reality of applying the Learning Management System Classera in the schools of Assir Directorate of Education from the point of view of the system coordinators and the computer teachers in these schools. The problem of the research was to answer the main question: What is reality of applying Smart Electronic Learning Management System Classera in schools of Assir Region and what are its obstacles and how to activate it? " To achieve the objectives of the study and to analyze the collected data, Statistical Package for Social Sciences which is summarized as (SPSS v.23) was used. The most important results were as follows: I. The reality of applying E - learning Management System Classera in schools of Assir region From the point of view of the respondents obtained the approval score with a weighted average of 3.1832 and a relative weight of 63.66% of the sample of the study. II. 6 Obstacles to apply the E - Learning Management System Classera in schools of Assir region obtained approval out of 12 obstacles, while 4 Obstacles obtained neutral and two of the obstacles obtained non approval, through the view of respondents and the six obstacles came in the following order: limited persuasion among teachers with the importance of E-learning, limited attention to e-learning Classira among some members of the administrative body, the disparity between the management of schools in providing the requirements of the application of the Classeira system, the limited knowledge of some teachers with sufficient knowledge to use the Classeira system, limitedness of field scientific studies to assess e-learning in light of its variables, weak technical infrastructure of (labs and Internet at school). III. All the questionnaire proposals for developing the methods of applying the e-learning management system in the Assir region from the point of view of the respondents obtained extreme approval. The most important of these were the following: Contributing to the definition of the importance of the e-learning system as to parents, the necessary of conformity and positivity towards e-learning among all members of school administrative body, and to give powers to school principals in order to apply e-learning in their schools from the Department of Education.The overall focus of the 17th proposals was with a weighted average of 4.3742, which corresponds to the general trend (strongly agreed) with a relative weight of 87.48% of the study sample.
