This study aimed to identify the factors that play a role in developing the university students' creativity from the perspective of the teaching faculty in the Arabic universities and to find out the impact of the categorical variables of the study )gender, institution from which the Ph.D was obtained, the academic rank, and years of experience in university teaching( in forming their perspective. To achieve these goals, the researcher designed a scale of (57) paragraphs which were distributed on (7) fields, and applied to a sample of (178) members of teaching staff specialized in educational sciences in )10( Arabic universities, For data analysis, the arithmetic means, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA were calculated. The results have showed that the teaching staff members highly appreciated the factors related to the students' creativity development. Their average scores on the level of fields ranged between 4.78-4.84, and on the level of practices between )4.91-4.61(. There were no statistical significant differences in their average scores that could be attributed to any of the study's categorical in variables.(Published Abstract)
