The impact of an educational program on some of the biological variables and physical characteristics in physical education lesson for pupils from (12-14 years) [Article]
The aims of search was, an educational program on the impact of some of the biological variables in the studied physical education for primary school students from (12-14) years. And the impact of an educational program on some physical attributes in the studied physical education for primary school students from (12-14) years. The researchers used, experimental approach to design measuring pre and post for two officer and pilot, on a sample, (20) students for the academic year 2014-2015 AD, was used some biological variables (pulse at rest rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, vital capacity of the lungs, the maximum oxygen consumption), as well as some physical attributes (enemy 30 meters, long jump stability, Partridge foot right, Partridge foot left, running rebound 4 × 9 meters), has reached the researchers to the following conclusions: lead regularity in sports activities according to standardized educational program to an evolution in some physical attributes, where the search results showed the evolution of the physical condition of the experimental group students. Lead regularity in the practice of physical activity according to standardized educational program to improve the circulatory system and respiratory efficiency. (Published Abstract)
