This research aimed to knowing the effectiveness of the training program (proposed) training program in developing the performance of education teaching competencies for pre-school education teachers in Gezira State while still on service, And knowing the factors that might be associated with its effectiveness. The researcher implemented the semi – experimental method with a comparison of the possession of teaching competencies pre- and post-program Application using an observation checklist included (50) performance education competency for pre-school education teachers. The research sample consisted of (45) kindergarten teachers in Al Managil locality in Gezira State who attended the training session in which the program was implemented. Analyzing the data obtained using (SPSS) Statistical Package, the main results were as follows: 1. There are significant variance in the possession of the education teaching competencies between pre and posttests among respondents in favor of post scores. 2. No statistical significant variance in the possession of education teaching competencies in the post-test score attributed to the degree of: qualification, experience, training The researcher brought forward a number of recommendations and listed some suggestions for future research.
