This Study aimed at build a new technique for planning, contributes in facing the dynamics of the educational system and its environment, so as to adapt education to the needs of society and its changes in the light of the Chaos Theory. The study used the descriptive method. The study came into some results as: it has become necessary to develop the planning thought on educational systems through the development of knowledge bases from which we can face the dynamic property of the educational system and take into account the vagaries of the system and its environment. Also, it suggested a technique for Educational Planning in light of the chaos theory, that has been dealt with in terms of definition, assumptions and steps. (Published Abstract)
