This Study aimed at illustrating the Influence of the social and economical Situations on the educational planning process through shedding light on the social and economical reality and deducing its effect on the social and economical Situations on the educational planning process and applying on pre-university education planning process. The study used the descriptive method. The study came into some results as: the educational planning process is influenced by the social context which is based on the nature of the educational system and its role in achieving the social development. The pre-university education planning process also is separated from reality. It came according to some external pressures that don't cope with societal needs. Moreover, it isn't comprehensive and incoherent although there is a big difference in terms of the achieving objectives & available humane, material and financial possibilities.(Published Abstract)
