Community service is one of the most prominent functions of the university at the moment, including availability of climate that allows effective in view and work participation, and to contribute to community building and solving problems, and one of the means to achieve the allocation of places in higher education institutions dubbed the small business development centers to take them universities centers to study problems such projects and provide the necessary training and have come up with ideas and programs to market their products, support and development to serve the surrounding community. If the world has witnessed great economic transformation over the past decades through small projects, which played a key role in development and economic development process, and the countries of the world with advanced economies have made great efforts in order to support those small projects that the study shed light on some of the trends global in this area in order to develop a vision to support the proposed Assiut University of New Valley branch of small projects to maintain in light of some of these trends. The study used a descriptive approach due to the appropriateness of the nature of the study, and based on the findings of the study was the development of the vision proposed to support Assiut University of New Valley Branch of small projects to maintain in light of some of the global trends, and the most important recommendations referred to the need to provide the university for financial support necessary for the proposed center as well as providing its employees with experience and competence in the areas of administrative and commercial.(Published Abstract)
