The main objective was to study the search for a proposed scenarios, which they can check ahead of Egyptian universities in some international rankings, and meet the criteria and indicators. To achieve this objective, clarify what the scenario as future studies techniques, and what the international rankings of universities required, then display the features and experiences of some Asian countries and its universities, particularly with regard to the tenets and policies, procedures and programs pursued to be able to meet the requirements of these categories and indicators. Using a comparative approach, descriptive and analytical, and science Bibliométrie, which include indicators enable the Egyptian universities comparison with other universities of the global elite to stand on the draw similarities and differences between the comparisons countries, and to identify features of the Asian experiences. After analyzing and read the reality of the Egyptian universities to identify the most important challenges that hampered from achieving a prominent place these classifications. The study introduced of a number of the proposed scenarios followed by the Egyptian universities to strengthen its classification and to achieve an advanced position in international rankings of universities: Polarization Scenario, Support Marked by Electronic Gates of Egyptian Universities Scenario, Twinning Scenario, Internationalization Scenario, and finally, Self-Financing Scenario.
