The problem with the current research was the deficiencies of developing the cultural component of sociology teacher, especially the culture of the world dimensions. The aim of the study was to prepare a list of the necessary concepts of world dimensions culture for teachers of sociology at the secondary, to determine the availability of the concepts of world culture dimensions for sociology teachers at the secondary level. To prepare training program based on self-learning, in the form of educational bag; for the development of the concepts of world dimensions culture for sociology teachers in secondary education, and to measure the effectiveness of the proposed training program in the development of the cultural component of sociology teachers at the secondary level meeting. The current research used the analytical descriptive approach for the preparation of the modules and research tools, for the analysis and interpretation of the results, and for recommendations and further suggestions. It used the quasi experimental approach based on the study of the same group, the sample study performance is measured using pre post achievement tests and observation cards, that's after the application of the experimental variable (training program ). The current study has verified the effectiveness of the program for developing the cultural component of teachers of sociology at the secondary level. (Published Abstract)
