The current studies aim to exclude the effect of EORSV Moon strategy on development of reading cognition skills for female students of first mid-grade in Hail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher used quasi-experimental approach, she prepared educational subject and established research equipment, the sample of the study consisted of (60) female students of first-mid grade, registered in the first semester of 1437 Hijri The study results showed that there are statistical significant differences between the grades of the female students of the experimental and control groups, in the dimensional test of the literal cognition level in all sub-skills for the beneficent of the experimental group. And also there are statistical significant differences between them in the dimensional test of the concluded cognition level in all levels for the beneficent of the experimental group, and the impact was great in most of skills except the skill of the lesson and benefit conclusion of the text, was moderate. And the results show that there are statistical significant differences between them in the level of all skills of criticism for the beneficent of the experimental group, and the impact on judge skill upon the author’s solutions for dealing with a problem and the critical cognition skill was great, while it was moderate on other skills. The study has some recommendations; the most important are; encouraging the female teachers to use the EORSV Moon strategy in teaching the Arabic language curriculums. The teachers’ guidance of educational curriculums shall include this strategy. And to take care of improving the reading cognition level for all female students of different grades, to apply this strategy in other educational curriculums, and to establish competitions between female students in the rate of reading, its correctness and understanding it.
