The current research aimed to examine the effect of digital knowledge maps production skills on developing the skills of reflective thinking, knowledge management of post graduated students and their attitude towards it. The participants were (27) first year students of instruction technology private diploma of Specific Education Faculty, Minia University in 2014/2015 academic year. To achieve the current research aims, the researcher used Developmental method which includes both of descriptive and quasi- experimental methods. The researcher prepared measurement tools which were reflective thinking test, knowledge management scale, and rubric of assessment digital knowledge maps production skills, and she prepared experimental material which was the suggested web site. The researcher applied measurement tools pre- and post-learning. The result have showed the effectiveness of knowledge maps production skills on developing the skills of reflective thinking, knowledge management of post graduated students and their attitude towards it.
