تهدف الدراسة التعرّف على درجة ممارسة القيم التربوية الإسلامية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات محافظة الدوادمي بجامعة شقراء من وجهة نظرهم. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة لجمع المعلومات، بعد أن استطلع آراء خبراء التربية الإسلامية لتحديد القيم التربوية الإسلامية التي يمارسها أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وحدد الخبراء خمسا وعشرين قيمة، وينبغي للأستاذ الجامعي ممارستها ليكون ممارساً للقيم التربوية الإسلامية. ونظرا لصغر العينة، أخد الباحث مجتمع الدراسة الذي يبلغ 157 عضوا. ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها: إن ممارسة أفراد الدراسة للقيم التربوية الإسلامية كانت بدرجة عالية بمعدل تراوح بين 4.44- 4.86. وجاء في مقدمة تلك القيم: الصدق، الأمانة العلمية، حسن الخلق، الثقة بالنفس. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة اعتماد تلك القيم في تقويم أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وكذلك زيادة أعضاء هيئة التدريس من العنصر النسائي، كما أوصت بضرورة زيادة المقاعد للمعيدات والمحاضرات، واقترحت القيام بإجراء دراسة مماثلة في فروع الجامعة الأخرى للوقوف على درجة ممارسة تلك القيم، واقترحت أيضاً دراسة مماثلة تكون من وجهة نظر الطلاب. The researcher used the descriptive method to explore the opinions of Islamic education experts to identify those values (thirty-six values). The researcher then showed the values to twenty other experts to secure the validity of these values. After analyzing their opinions, twenty-five values were chosen. In the forefront truthfulness, scientific honesty, good manners, and self-confidence and respecting others, the values were placed in a questionnaire developed by the researcher and presented to the study population, 180 university professors. A number of 157 professors responded and answered the questionnaire and the loss rate was 12.8%. After analyzing those views, it is found that the professors practice those values during the performance of their lectures in a high degree at a rate ranging between 4.44- 4.86 and a total average of 3.62 reached out of five. The study recommended the need to adopt those values in the evaluation of the faculty members to be an incentive for them to practice them seriously. The researcher suggested conducting a similar study in the other branches of the university to find out the reality of exercising those values. He also suggested conducting another study from the perspective of students. (Published abstract)
