The study aimed to determine the level of organizational health in public schools in Makah city from viewpoint of principals and teachers, the study adopted descriptive analytical method based on identification of seventh organizational health dimensions. Questionnaire was applied to a sample of (511) principals and teachers, and found that the level of organizational health in public schools in Makah city was the medium (institutional cohesion, consideration, influence the principal, supporting resources, morale, and emphasis on the academic aspects), and high level in (work initiative). There are significant differences according to "job title" for the benefit of all principals in the health dimensions. And the existence of significant differences in favor of primary school to the availability of the institutional cohesion, consideration, influences the principal, morale, and emphasis on the academic aspects, and the presence of significant differences in favor of the intermediate stage and on the consideration and no significant differences according to years of experience. There are significant differences according to scientific qualification in respect to institutional cohesion, work initiative, morale, and emphasis on the academic aspects for the benefit of obtaining a higher qualification of the university, while significant differences do not exist according to scientific qualification and so as regards consideration and, influence the principal. There are significant differences in favor of rental schools status on the dimensions of the institutional cohesion, consideration, influence the principal, morale, and emphasis on the academic aspects, while no significant differences with respect to schools status on work initiative, supporting resources.
