The study aimed at the recognition of the effect of using a learning based on problem strategy on the development of Creative thinking among gifted students with learning disabilities. The study sample consisted of (16) students in the sixth primary grade (basic sample) who approach learning disabilities program in Arka school and The Special Security Forces school and Embassy district Elementary School in Riyadh, in the academic year 1434 – 1435, Of those who have achieved a high level of talent and creative abilities based on their scores on a scale to identify gifted students, and then distributed into two groups: experimental group received their training on a strategy of learning based on problem and a control group did not have members of any type of treatment. Torrance test for Creative thinking by using picture(B) (Prepared by Abdullah Al Nafea),Identify gifted students Scale(Prepared by the researcher), Raven Intelligence Progressive Matrices Test, and The suggested training program(Prepared by the researcher) were applied, To treat results and make sure of the hypothesis, the researcher used some nonparametric statistics techniques by SPSS such as Mann-Whitney test and Wilcoxon test. The results of the study show that there are statistical significant differences on (0.01) level between the mean of ranks scores of the experimental group in pre-test and post-test towards the pre-test in Torrance test for Creative thinking, Results also show that, there are statistical significant differences on (0.01) level between the average of ranks scores of the control and experimental groups in the pre-test towards the control group in Torrance test for Creative thinking, The results also show, there are no statistical significant differences between the mean of ranks scores of the experimental group in pre-test and follow-up test on Torrance test for Creative thinking, which indicate the continuous effectiveness of the Training program.(Published Abstract)
