This research aims to shed light on the core of re-engineering, and its elements, principles and mechanism of its application and the advantages it achieves, the importance and need of Palestinian universities as academic institutions for the application of reengineering, and the descriptive approach to describe the theory and the procedures of its use. For application in institutions of higher education and recommended the researcher to adopt the method of re-engineering processes in higher education institutions. (Published abstract)
