This research aimed to build a mathematical model to measure the internal efficiency of the education system through focusing on the concept of mathematical models and their characteristics, the statement of its objectives and its importance, its use in educational planning process, clarifying its different classifications and its types, determine how to build the mathematical models, presenting some mathematical models used in the educational planning and constructing of a mathematical model to measure the internal efficiency of the education system with its application on the faculty of Education at Suez University. The research revealed that: these mathematical models can be used in different ways; where the proposed model can be used to predict and measure the efficiency of the education system, the need to measure the losses accurately in order to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the education system seemed to be urgent, especially during the planning process, to predict the future and try to control it and prepare for it represents is considered an important area for educational planning, and the utilization of mathematical models depend on the planned awareness of its potential and limitations of use and the extent of representation of reality; since the models' ability to represent reality depends on the quality of mathematical formulation, the complexity of the problem, the consistency of the data used in the construction and accuracy of the model.(Published Abstract)
