The main aim of this study is determine the performance in national tests for quality control in : Arabic, mathematics, and science in terms of Trends in growth and contraction, and to test the levels of statistical significance of the change in the performance of students with time. To attain these purposes raw data of the period between 2006-2012 of the student’s results in national tests are used. The data are analyze by SPSS to find out means, standard deviation, time series, trends, and Z test. The study shows that: the trends of students performance in Jordan are increasing in math for grades 4, 8, 10, in Arabic language for grades 4, 10, and in science for grades 8, 10.Z test results are statistical significant at 0.05.While the study shows that the trends of grade 8 in Arabic is fixed. The results indicate that the performance trends of learning aspects and basic skills oscillate in Arabic, Math, and English for grades 4,8,10.(Published Abstract)
