This thesis is aiming at Assistant Researchers guidance and habilitation in Taibahu University, and considering scientific, training, research tasks, to prepare them, in a manner, they can continue their academic path, as future research and teaching, qualified and trustworthy staff, and capable of upgrading academic achievements in Taibahu University, through proposing a training program, for assistant researchers in Taibahu University.The analytical descriptive method will be applied in this study, two electronic questionnaires will be designed to explore the ideas of the sample of study –academic staff members(assistant professor and up)- and the assistant researchers in Taibahu University – in the present situation of assistant researchers in Taibahu University, and the difficulties facing them in training on scientific research skills in Saudi Universities, and training requisitions for implementing this program for training assistant researchers in Taibahu University.Of the important results of the expected study : Identifying the training requisitions of the proposed program, for training assistant researchers in Taibahu University.The study will issue some recommendations like :Establishing a research project, of the proposed assistant researchers training program in Taibahu University, then implementing the proposed program of assistant researchers training in Saudi Universities.
