The study aimed to terms of the concept and the goals and standards of the elements and principles and constraints of social responsibility and to clarify the assets theory and theories interpreted to embrace social responsibility and to indicate the role of educational institutions in the development of social responsibility while providing a suggested statement to activate the role of Saudi universities in the CSR development among its students. The study found the answer to its questions throughout the concept and the goals and standards of the elements and principles and constraints of social responsibility and to clarify the assets theory and theories interpreted to embrace social responsibility statement and the statement of the role of educational institutions in the development of social responsibility with a provision to imagine a proposal to activate the role of Saudi universities in the CSR development among its students through three entrances are: 1) independent entrance. 2) Experimental entrance. 3) Integrative entrance.
