The study aimed to identify the level of job satisfaction for laboratories technicians at intermediate and secondary stages in the public schools in hail region according to the following variables (salaries and bonus - work environment - tasks and orders - relationship with colleagues and superiors- appreciation and self-esteem), and to detect the differences of the job satisfaction level according to some personal variables , so the researcher has used the descriptive approach to achieve the aim of the study. The study sample contained all laboratories managers at the intermediate and secondary stages with complete census approach where the researcher prepared a questionnaire to measure the said dimensions. The study research achieved important results as follows: the results indicated that the degree of job satisfaction level of laboratories technician at the intermediate and secondary stage at hail region according to the responses of study sample at all was average, also the results indicated that there weren't any statistically differences at all research fields according to the variable of scientific qualification , age and years of experiences while there were statically differences according to the variable of job level in the field of acceptance of appreciation and self-esteem and in favor of the first level. The study recommended that laboratories should be taken cared and developed being one of the most important facilities of schools, that support the teaching of science subjects by the responsible authorities, and to make laboratories a suitable environment for their managers by providing them with all equipment’s needed for laboratory work in order to match the quotient evolution in science curriculums.
