The objectives of this study is to explore teachers’ perspectives about disruptive behavior in private school, the researcher used qualitative method of the research. Data was collected through interviews and observations with 10 teachers on Khartoum state burry, general science English school (GSES), private school in Khartoum state. The research is conducted qualitatively in-depth interviews and observations. Qualitative data was analyzed using content analysis, the findings of the study is as follows, teachers in general science English school (private school) agreed that the patterns of disruptive behavior is the annoying student and talking in the class available among the students the causes behind students disruptive behavior as stated by the 10 teacher according to their opinions, include family, social, school as well as genetic causes that the child born with it, teachers in this study agreed that disruptive behavior handling technique is to create and focus on factors that make a good learning environment in the class but only one of the teachers described a method based on punishment for control of disruptive behavior, based on the findings, this study raised some recommendations as follow teachers should realize that student disruptive behavior represent a reason for a great concern about students in the classroom school teachers must search for suitable handling techniques to each type of student disruptive behavior in the classroom, the schools must realize the importance of councilor existence in the school, there is an urgent need to create awareness on alternative techniques to deal with student disruptive behavior and its effects.
