The aim of this research to identify methods of training of autistic children in Khartoum state, this study was conducted in three training centers for autistic children in the state of Khartoum. These centers are training autistic children only; it was conducted to identify the type of program actually being used in centers and highlight challenges that face autistic child rehabilitation. Results of the current study revealed that different programs used to train children with autism, such as picture exchange communication system (PECS) program, applied behavior analysis (ABA), treatment and education of autistic and related communication-handicapped children (TEACCH) program, and portage program, all interviewed with trainers of autistic children mentioned (PECS) program, and some of them mentioned (ABA) program and the same number mentioned (TEACCH) program, while three of interviewed mentioned portage program, referring to common strategies of autistic centers, almost of trainers of autistic children in the three centers mentioned that their strategies depends mainly on developing autistic children's social skills, behavioral changes and sport activities, the findings of the study reveal that there is need for some measures to be put place in order to alleviate the situation so that autistic children can learn effectively with minimal hindrance, finally the researcher put number of recommendable for further research.
