The research problem The hearing sense are important in continuing the individual with his environment and disable those Sense consequent lack of discovery of the environment in a proper way and thus making the situation kinetics wrong so called consensus need attention early psychomotor skills essential for people with hearing disabilities and obtain the individual bulk of the development and control of the movements Gesnh and increase efficiency motor has given the lack of studies in the field of motor learning for children on a class hearing disabilities as well as the lack of curriculum Physical Education adopted in most of the institutes hearing disabilities as it is derived from the approach of the Ministry of Education and prepared for the stages of elementary heterosexual without dont forget privacy in this category so generated thought to study in preparation Games based approach to motor development of basic motor skills to children with hearing disabilities. The objective of this research to: - Understand the impact of the Games kinetic approach to the development of basic motor skills to children with hearing disabilities in the primary stage. - Identify the differences between the best two groups (Hearing Impaired - Deaf) in the development of basic motor skills. The experimental method was used for the suitability Nature Find the research community were selected and appointed From the second grade students at Heway Institute of Hearing in the center of the province of Arbil, and Ranged aged between 7-8 years for the academic year (2012-2013) totaling (13) male and female pupils and by (7) Hearing Impaired ranging degree of disability (41-69 ) dB, and (6) pupils deaf ranging degree of disability (70) dB and more, as it has been excluded disciple and one of the Hearing Impaired in order to hit Baouk kinesthetic and thus amounted to sample (12) pupils categories of hearing impaired and deaf. was the process of parity in ( Age, mass and length) while the process was uniformity in basic skills under study, was used (arithmetic mean, and standard deviation, The percentage, t-test) as a means of statistics, the study found the following conclusions: - Achieved superior kinetic Games approach in the development of basic motor skills to children with hearing disabilities (Hearing Impaired - Deaf) at the elementary level. - outweigh the hearing-impaired children on deaf to the development of basic motor skills. The researcher recommended the following: - Use approach kinetic Games on the second grade students at institutes hearing disabilities because of their positive and effective impact in the development of basic motor skills. - Other studies to other learning methods and their contribution to the development of basic motor skills for this category and compared to the results of the present study.
