The huge institutions tend to use the administrative data systems to increase the sufficient data describe the general activities of these systems, especially those happened in the past or nowadays. It is said that the administrative data systems with all their patterns and forms work as a full texture combined with the organizational environment of the modern systems. The significance of the research derived from the aim of the administrative data systems to develop the sport media systems and the work methods used in. Actually, this happened through presenting accurate data at the suitable time. The problem of this study reveals the existence of overt weakness in directing human sources in the Iraqi sport media institutions. These institutions still keep on using the traditional way of dealing with the varieties. The researcher followed the descriptive method in fulfilling this study choosing the sample to represent those who work in mass media in Diyala province. The researcher used questionnaire to collect data which are analyzed statistically, then the results and recommendations are listed finally as: there is a strong connection between the administrative data and those who work in the sport mass media.
