The study aimed to detect the effect of preventive counseling program on reducing aggressive behaviors among basic schools students in Jordan. The study Population were chosen purposely from the fourth, fifth and sixth grade primary students who have been reported disciplinary alerts frequently due to their aggressive behavioral, and who are studying in Shorik Co- Basic school which followed to the 2nd Amman Education Directorate for the second academic year (2014/2015). The sample divided to (12) students as experimental group and (12) students as a control group. To achieve the study objectives the researcher used aggressive behavior scale for basic stage students for Al- Amayreh (1991). The researcher also built a preventive counseling program aims to reduce aggressive behaviors. The results showed the effectiveness of the program in reducing aggressive behaviors among basic stage students, and the researcher recommended the adoption of the Program in reducing aggressive behaviors among students, and the adoption of activities that integrate students with their peers.(Published Abstract)
