This study sought to identify the effect of using dry lab in middle third grade students’ achievement in science and the development of their creative thinking skills in Al-Qurayyat. The population of this study consisted of all middle third-grade students in Al Qurayyat, (N=1576) student of the academic year (1435/1436), sample selected purposely (N=60) student of the middle third grade of the Department of Education in Al Qurayyat. Students divided into two divisions; an experimental group (N=30) student, they have studied according to experimental method, and a control group (N=30) student, they have studied from traditional way. Results showed that statistically significant differences depending on the variable group. The differences came to the experimental group, and this shows the effectiveness of dry laboratory method in the development of academic achievement in science of middle third-grade students. The value of (Eta Squared) (0.157) which expresses the ratio (Size) the impact of using dry laboratory in experimental group’s achievement, the presence of statistically significant differences depending on the variable group, where the value of (P) = (9.674), the differences were in favor of the experimental group, and this shows the effectiveness of dry laboratory method in development of creative thinking among the middle third-grade students, and the value of (Eta Squared) (0.145) which expresses the ratio (Size) the impact of creative thinking scale. This study recommended needing to employ dry laboratory in teaching method of science in middle third grade, and held training courses for teachers in the use and recruitment of dry laboratory.(Published Abstract)
