The public education in KSA has witnessed improvements by entering the general quality criteria to develop it somehow. However, this expansion at the Saudi programs and institutions in the last decades. We find some challenges face it among it is the teacher’s quality in such public education especially in the scope of the international or universal changes and scientific cultural development in our age which we can’t ignore at quality system which the Saudi public school to apply it according to the educational requirements which help to achieve the teacher’s quality at these schools. Our vision at this research focuses on the educational requirements to achieve the teacher’s quality in Saudi public education school in KSA which guarantees for the teacher and the students a good chance to reach excellence and the importance of education quality inside schools generally and the public school privately. The teacher is considered as an educator, a planner, a researcher, a thinker, and a leader in addition to he is a social engineer. The researcher goes inside two scopes: 1) Descriptive analysis by studying the quality of the teacher at public schools in KSA and to know the qualities of the best to develop the teacher according to the educational requirements. 2) Field application by setting up a standard to evaluate the current teachers at the public schools in kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The further suggestions: It is necessary to scope: 1) the universal changes achieving the quality requirements as a min step to fix education at public schools in kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 2) Setting up good association for education quality to achieve and apply and evaluate the outcomes and stating the jobs of each team work. 3) Adopt the suggestive standard to evaluate the teacher’s quality at public schools in KSA. 4) The universal changes achieving the quality requirements as a min step to fix education at public schools in kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 5) Setting up good association for education quality to achieve and apply and evaluate the outcomes and stating the jobs of each team work.
