The study aimed to promote the quality culture at the educational institutions of Saudi Arabia by strengthening the main principles according to an analytical methodology that highlights the importance of linking the quality culture at these institutions to the Islamic legislations. This should be carried out through highlighting the Islamic values that should form this culture. In addition, it is based on the sources of legislation of the noble Quran and Sunnah; and it is also guided by their sources of the Islamic knowledge and legal objectives, besides the concepts related to quality in the Islamic administrative thought. The results of this study highlight the importance of quality culture and emphasize its originality in Islam and the need to promote quality as one of the most essential pillars of work in Islam. This should be carried out, theoretically, through linking quality to the related principles of Islamic legislation by holding seminars, conferences and programs that focus on spreading and emphasizing those principles. On the practical level, the implementation can be seen through the commitment of leaders and employees at the educational institutions to the Islamic values that are the main components of quality culture. Quality culture can be enhanced through consolidating the value of faith in the employees’ hearts and minds at the educational institutions, and working to promote Islamic values and supporting quality in the hearts of workers in educational institutions in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
