The current research aims to develop a new vision for the electronic youth at the university level against the ideas of intellectual extremism, which has spread significantly among the youth, and the discovery of the role of electronic communication tools in influencing young people at the university level. The research sample consisted of young people at the university level. The questionnaires were used to obtain the required data and the experts were used to identify the educational mechanisms necessary to legalize the use of these tools to achieve the intellectual security of the university youth against the extremist ideas. The results of the research came as initiatives for university, and society) to overcome the negative effects of electronic communication tools. The study recommended a number of recommendations, including the implementation of the proposed scenario and the establishment of intellectual awareness centers to play its role in educating young people and immunizing them against extremist ideas. The study also suggested conducting some future studies, social development of children in Saudi society. (Published Abstract)
