The study aimed to identify perceptions of faculty members at the University of Shaqra about educational policies related to ethics by the administration at the university leaders from the viewpoint of the faculty members at the University of Shaqra. To achieve the objective of the study, it has been using a questionnaire consisting of 44 items distributed on three axes: the personal aspects, professional, and communication. It was distributed to a sample of faculty members at the University of Shaqra reached (280) faculty member. The results showed that: the perceptions of faculty members of educational policies related to ethics by the administration at the university leaders from the viewpoint of the faculty members at the University of Shaqra was high in all the study axes. Results of the study did not show any statistically significant differences in function perceptions of faculty members of educational policies related to ethics by the administration at the university leaders from the viewpoint of the faculty members at the University of Shaqra attributed to the variables of the college, gender sex, type and nature of work. In light of the findings this study presented a set of recommendations. (Published Abstract)
