The aim of this Research is recognize the Competencies of strategic planning at the school's directors in Afif district from the view of school's directors and Supervisors. The researcher uses descriptive approach because it is suitable with the aim of study, also, she chooses the research group which is (50) between the school's directors and supervisors in Afif district. And she makes questionnaire which is distributed on two axis's knowledge competencies and performances competencies, which is applied after measured its Sincerity and Stability. And the results are: The Importance of the knowledge competencies at the directors, the performances competencies and The Intermediate of Reality of the Strategic Planning Sufficiency.
