The study aimed at identifying the role of the colleges of education in universities in Gaza governorates, in the development of the culture of voluntary work with the students from their point of view, the study used the descriptive approach, a questionnaire consisting of (28) was applied on a sample consisting of (792) students from the Al-Aqsa and Al-Azhar Universities in Gaza, they were chosen randomly, during the second semester of the academic year 2014/2015. The results revealed that the arithmetic average of the total of the role of colleges in the culture of voluntary work at the respondents of the students from the faculties of education of Palestinian universities has reached (3.55) as a percentage of (71.0%) significantly. while the fields of the questionnaire has reached the arithmetic average of the field (the role student Activities) to (3.86), as a percentage of (77.25%) significantly, and the average area grades (the role of a faculty member) was (3.54), as a percentage of (70.99%) significantly, while the average degrees of the field (the role of awareness and guidance) was (3.26), as a percentage of (65.33%) moderately. The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average e scores of Aqsa University students and the degrees of Al-Azhar University students are significant differences in the role of colleges of education in the development of a culture of volunteering, not statistically significant between the average male and female degrees in the role of colleges in developing the culture of the voluntary work differences. The study introduced a number of recommendations and suggestions. (Published Abstract)
