The purpose of this study is to identify to role of physical education and sport in the development of morals values for student in the second phase regarding to the teachers of physical education. The researcher used descriptive research approach, and he distributed 45 questionnaires for all the teachers in primary school the municipally of Msila during the year 2013/2014. The results was encouraging and they shown that: 1) Physical education and sport is important to develop the morals values and its it is vital field for practice. 2) physical education and sport contributed in the d development of cooperation, respect, organization and courage for students in the second phase regarding to their teachers. 3) there are difference between teachers and schools in the development of morals values depending to the interests and materials and infrastructures. 4) several obstacles faced teachers of physical education and sport to develop the morals values for students in the second phase.
