Turn attention Recent big to help students in their physical, mental, emotional and explore what the students of the potential and creative energies that are trying to demonstrate and development, as established conviction the need to use models and new strategies for learning extends students' prospects for education and a broad, diverse and developed to help students to enrich their knowledge, and structures are conceptual integrated with and develop their skills and make them responsible for taking something they learn on their own, The (Gwen) have developed a teaching tool helps to represent the interaction between the theory of concepts, principles and theories with the observation of events and things, as well as the practical side of recording data and convert them and then the necessary requirements, it is a tool for exploration help to see the interaction between the know and who should know and understand and help learners to understand the interaction between prior knowledge and new knowledge by trying to understand, and I knew this tool advanced educational map concepts to form "Vee" to the development of science and the methods by which the production of scientific knowledge. The current study aimed to explore the impact of a strategy map concepts to form "Vee" in academic achievement and the development of creative thinking skills to fourth-grade students in the province of literary Baghdad. To achieve the objective of the study prepared researcher maps concept of a "Vee" of selected topics from the Book of Arabic grammar to be taught to the students of fourth-grade literary for the academic year 2010/2011, formed the research sample of (63) students from fourth grade students literary in Baghdad, and distributed randomly to two groups, one experimental reality (32) student and the other officer by (31) student, and was rewarded students of the two groups in terms of four indicators (chronological age, educational attainment of fathers and mothers, scores of Arabic in the previous year 2009-2010, and degrees of pre-testing). Study was conducted in the first semester at the beginning of the academic year 2010-2011; the researcher has prepared an objective test Thesela be (25) a paragraph, marked by honesty and consistency, inclusiveness and a test of critical thinking was in accordance with tests. Test me and test re-use me, the researcher used (Altaúa test, chi square, Pearson's correlation coefficient, the arithmetic mean) of statistical tools. The study found the following results: 1(The presence of a statistically significant difference between the achievement of students at the level of significance (0.05) and for the experimental group that used concept maps of the form "Vee". 2( The existence of statistically significant differences in creative thinking at the level of significance (0.05) and for the experimental group.
