The problem of weakness in the oral expression of chronic problems Nowhere is this weakness in the complaint continuous Arabic language teachers and Madrsadtha through interviewed, as in aspects of our different cultural, social, in that learners and scholars, mostly incapable of oral expression in any subject clearly and fluent manner grainy and fun Since the language is the language of all the nation intact, and the address of its existence, and as a means to express themselves is not surprising that the nation is said to be the language and is the language of the nation, because it is but a nation if called interdependence of its members in the organization unit The language of the most important cultural systems and therefore deserves serious attention because it is one of the elements of building and human communities, it is a part cannot be separated from society The language is an important means of teaching methods, reliable teach students subjects, And it helps the students to the process of thinking, Current research aims to diagnose (difficulties teaching oral expression from the perspective of teachers and students in middle school in the center of Muqdadiya) 0, by answering the following questions: 1) What difficulties teaching oral expression in the preparatory phase from the point of view of language teachers Arabic and Madrsadtha? 2) Difficulties teaching oral expression in the preparatory phase of the students' point of view? 3) What language teachers proposals Arabic and Madrsadtha, and students to contribute in overcoming the difficulties of teaching oral expression and study? Current search limited to: 1) Sample of Arabic language teachers and Madrsadtha who study material for students of sections (literary and scientific) in middle school and high school day (for boys and girls) in the province of Diyala (Muqdadiya center) for the academic year (2009 - 2010 AD). 2) Sample Mntalbh the literary and scientific branches in middle school and high school day (for boys and girls) in the province of Diyala (Muqdadiya center) for the academic year (2009 - 2010 AD). (Published Abstract)
