هدف البحث إلى تدريب عينة من الطالبات المعلمات بكلية رياض الأطفال- جامعة الإسكندرية على "قائمة سكامبر لتحفيز الأفكار" SCAMBER Idea-Spurring Checklist والتعرف على تأثير ذلك في تحسين مهارات التفكير الابتكاري لديهن. وتكونت العينة من 120 طالبة من طالبات الفرقة الرابعة بالكلية. استخدم البحث المنهج التجريبي حيث اتبع تصميم القياس القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة الواحدة؛ وقد قامت الباحثة بتعريب وتقنين اختبار تورانس المختصر للتفكير الابتكاري للراشدين، واستخدمته في قياس مهارات التفكير الإبتكاري لدى الطالبات المعلمات. وتوصل البحث إلى تأكيد فعالية تدريب الطالبات المعلمات على "قائمة سكامبر لتحفيز الأفكار" في تحسين مهارات التفكير الابتكاري لديهن، وذلك بوجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات الطالبات في المهارات قيد البحث في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لصالح القياس البعدي. وأوصت الباحثة بأن يتم إدماج التدريب على التفكير الابتكاري ضمن المقررات الدراسية لتلك الكليات منذ بداية الالتحاق بها، وأن يتم تدريب معلمات رياض الأطفال أثناء الخدمة وإطلاعهن على أحدث برامج وطرق التدريب على التفكير الابتكاري، لتحسين كفاءاتهن أثناء الخدمة. The aim of current research is to train a sample of female students’ teachers at the faculty of kindergarten on the SCAMBER idea-spurring checklist and identify its effect on the improvement of their creative thinking skills. Sample consisted of 120 female students from the fourth-year college, the researcher used the experimental method which follow One Group Before- After (Pre-test/ Post-test) Design. The researcher translated and rationing Abbreviated Torrance Test for adult (ATTA) and used it to measure the skills of creative thinking skills among students. The results of the research revealed the effectiveness of the training of the students on the SCAMBER idea-spurring checklist in improving their creative thinking skills, evidenced by the presence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students in the skills under discussion in the two measurements (Pre-test/ Post-test) in favor of post-test. The researcher recommended having creativity training in teacher training universities as their subject to develop the students’ teacher creativity since the beginning, even better if the universities integrated it in their curriculum to become a compulsory subject. schools, teacher organization should hold creativity training so teacher can improve their competence.
