In this paper, the Islamic education work and development has been studied, because of the educational is the key role in work and education. The current education betterment not kept pace with the evolution, which negatively affects the development of society because they do not provide the hands of the skilled workforce to help development. And with its old methods does not raise individuals who are aware of the link between education and work and development leading to the creation of not efficiencies individuals at work due to poor educational reference. Also does not allow the current methods of education on capital investment, which leads to a lack of accumulation of money needed to start the process necessary to bring economic development to the development of society. the most important results are the Koran emphasizes the work being the most important human right. That work is the basis of everything from the ideological and economic, social and educational. Development is the need of the necessities of humanity and of its importance in the development of society and keep abreast of what finds transformations. (Published Abstract)
