Writing is an important art of any language. It is the means by which one can express his feelings and ideas, discover others ideas and registers events and information for such reasons, calligraphy has been give important attention by Arabic linguists to show merits and demerits of this art of writing and to explore ways of improving it. Among the most important previous studies relater to this topic are that of Hajras (1978) on preparatory schools and that of Atiya (1987) on the intermediate school. The present study deals with the effect of repeated copying of the reading material in improving pupil’s handwriting. (Published Abstract)
