School environment is a fertile ground by which it can provide the necessary main requirements for the advancement of the educational process and the development of the ability to create an aware generation contributes in the construction and progress through the practice of daily activities according to the objectives which defined by the requirements of the educational process . The organization of the school environment elements and their components in according to the educational goals of the school community and the nature of learning and learner leads to harmony and consensus among the members of the school community. The significance of current research emphasizes on the practices of school management and the extent of concerning with the requirements of implementation and follow-up from the viewpoints of educational staff. The Problem of Research It lies through the following question - Is the school administration interested in following up the implementation of the educational goals of the school environment? The Aim of Research - Finding out the practices of school management through put attention in implementation and following-up of the educational goals of the primary stage. Chapter Two: It includes the concepts of school management, environmental practices, characteristics and objectives of the primary stage. Chapter Three: It confines to the field procedures of current research. Chapter Four: It limits to the results interpretation. Chapter Five: It restricts to a number of conclusions and recommendations. (Published Abstract)
