The study aimed at building measurement of making – decision of the preparatory school students in Baqubah district ,the study community consisted of (3508)students whereas the sample consisted of (409)students. The measurement validity was checked up by: check in the content validity (Jury validity),and the validity of the process of building .The stability of the measurement was achieved through two ways: retesting and Cronbach Alpha equation (internal consistency).The findings of the study revealed the validity and reliability of this measurement.
