The Study aimed to identify the degree of harmonization of Jordanian higher education outputs to labor market needs, from the standpoint of administrative staff in the local community institutions in Jordan; to propose solutions may be useful in improving Jordanian higher education outcomes in harmony with labor market needs. The study sample consisted of (380) member of the administrative staff in the local community institutions (the labor market), for the year (2015/2014). And analysis of the study data, used averages, standard deviations, and analysis of variance, and analysis of single and multiple variations, and (LSD) test for comparisons dimensional. The results showed that the estimate of the study sample to the point of harmonization of Jordanian higher education outputs to labor market needs, was average, and there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of harmonization of Jordanian higher education outputs to labor market needs, from the standpoint of moderators of community institutions.
